This is a very interesting project! It seems like there is still a lot of ongoing work as part of this project in regards to the Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant accident. Have you been able to successfully employ Citizen Sensing to get useable data in regards to the Fukushima Dai-ichi nuclear power plant accident? If so, what did that look like?

      Dear Jennifer,
Thank you for your comment! The work is indeed ongoing but not strictly focused on the Fukushima disaster. Rather, my ongoing project focuses more broadly on the use of civic-gathered data in environmental litigation or mediation strategies (find more here The findings of my fieldwork on citizen sensing as influential on risk decision-making after the Fukushima nuclear accident can be found (Open Access) here I did not use the data from the radiation monitoring myself as I am a researcher on these practices. I do not directly perform them myself. However, from my fieldwork there, I can confirm that the data were largely used for societal, media and even political impact. You can find more in the resource (second link) above indicated!
      Best regards,
